Paul Cormier was previously at the University of Massachusetts as the Special Assistant to the Head Coach and Chief of Staff. Mr. Cormier has over 20 years of experience as a Division I basketball head coach, including 13 years at Dartmouth and seven at Fairfield.
Prior to his head coaching stints at Dartmouth and Fairfield, Cormier coached under the legendary Rollie Massimino at Villanova from 1980-84, where he recruited the entire squad that went on to win the 1985 NCAA Championship.
Cormier also holds 12 years of experience as an NBA scout and coach for several organizations, including the New York Knicks, the Boston Celtics and the Golden State Warriors.
A 1971 graduate of New Hampshire, Cormier was a standout student-athlete in Durham where he played both basketball and baseball before being drafted by three different MLB clubs while pitching two years in the Cleveland Indians organization.

Frank has been a certified National Basketball Association Player Agent since 1982.
He has represented over forty past and present NBA players, including: Nerlens Noel, Dorian Finney-Smith, David Wesley, Howard Eisley, Dana Barros, Adrian Griffin, Manute Bol, Sam Mitchell, and Sidney Lowe.
Frank has been requested by the National Basketball Players Association to participate in several NBA labor agreement negotiations. During his career, Frank has effectively represented over 300 overseas and minor league players, assisting them in their development with job opportunities and sincere advice.
Frank played a critical role in starting Tom Thibodeau and Scott Brooks on long roads that eventually landed them here as coaches of the Chicago Bulls and Oklahoma City Thunder. His veteran expertise and mentorship will be a major differentiator while recruiting high level NBA prospects.
