Jeff founded ProBasket in 2006 and has served as the Agency’s Executive Director since its inception.

Jeff oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of ProBasket. Mr. Allen is responsible for client recruitment, client relations, strategic planning, and is a liaison with Owners, Front Office staff, Coaches, Players, Scouts, and other basketball personnel across the globe.  

As a former player, Jeff served as captain of the Men’s Basketball Team at St. John’s University under Hall of Fame Coach Lou Carnesecca. Jeff was a part of 3 NCAA tournament appearances and on the 1983 Big East Championship Team. Jeff was selected 56th overall in the 1984 NBA draft and went on to play in Australia, Italy, and Spain over the course of 8 seasons.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys: golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

A native of Melbourne, Australia, Michael graduated from The College of Saint Rose in 2020 with a degree in Communications & Public Relations and a minor in Business Marketing.

Michael has competed for 7 years in the NBL1 of Australia; playing for Dandenong Rangers, Kilsyth Cobras, Knox Raiders and Melbourne Tigers, as well as some experience playing in the NBL for NBL Champions, Melbourne United. Wearne has built lifelong connections throughout the Australian market. The former Division I & Division II athlete has found a great passion in providing professional athletes all the tools needed to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Michael is PBC’s President of Basketball Partnerships, as he has a respected presence in both Australia and the United States.

Ned Roosevelt serves as our Director of Marketing and Social Media. Ned is a passionate student of the game and has several years of experience on the operational side of basketball. In the past, Ned spent four years serving as the team manager of the Northfield Mount Hermon basketball program in Gill, Massachusetts. NMH has a great tradition, having earned the reputation of being the best combination of academics and basketball in the United States. Throughout Ned’s time with the program, NMH had 20 players go on to play at the collegiate level, including 10 to the ivy league, and winning the National Prep Championship in 2013.

Ned graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Analytics and New Media. He is a former student-athlete, finishing his stellar career as captain of the Men’s Tennis Team.

Jeffrey began his playing career at The College of Saint Rose as he was a part of the team’s 2018 Division II NCAA tournament run. After two seasons, Jeffrey elected to spend his last two years at Connecticut College, where they compete in the prestigious NESCAC conference.  

Jeffrey graduated from Connecticut College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance. He plays an integral role in both basketball and business strategies. His responsibilities include brand building, internal & external marketing, as well as international collaborations.
