Management

Thomas played for three years at Siena College as he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Thomas then transferred to Catholic University and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business.

Thomas plays a vital role with scouting as well as providing guidance and mentorship to clients, helping to ensure they succeed in both their professional and personal lives. Outside of PBC, Thomas works for Huersch Marketing Group and is involved in the daily operations of Impact Athletic Center.

Ray Featherston played for Hall of Fame coach Jim Boeheim at Syracuse University where he was a member of two NCAA tournament teams and one Sweet 16 run.

Ray graduated from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is active in both basketball and business strategies and decisions which include brand building, internal & external marketing as well as player scouting and recruiting, among other operational tasks and duties.
